payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

• Delivery is only possible within Germany.
• Shipping costs (including VAT)
• We do not charge shipping costs.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 3-5 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Orders are dispatched between Monday and Friday. Orders received before 12:00 CET will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 12:00 CET will be dispatched to you on the following working day.

Note: There may sometimes be unexpected delays with the parcel service provider. We have no influence on this and cannot accept responsibility for longer delivery times.

Further details on payment

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
