How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €3.95. For orders over €49, we cover the shipping costs and deliver for free! 🚚✨

What shipping options are available?

We ship our products to you exclusively with GLS as an insured parcel.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can choose between the following payment methods: Payment in advance, PayPal, PayPal Express and credit card (Visa, Maestro), Shopify Payments

Do you ship your products internationally?

Unfortunately not at the moment, but we are working on it.

How can I change my order?

To make changes to your order, please email us at hello@solemara.com or call us at 0163 4289603. Include your order number.

Can I make special requests?

If you have a special request such as a higher quantity than we have in stock, please contact us. Just click on “Request”. This field is located above the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. We will then contact you.

When will sold-out jewelry be available again?

If you are interested in a product that is currently not available, you have the option to be notified by email as soon as it is back in stock. Just click on “Request”. This field is located above the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.

My package didn't arrive, now what?
