How can I change my order?
To make changes to your order, please email us at hello@solemara.com or call us on 0163 4289603. Please include your order number. Please note that changes are no longer possible once the order has been shipped.
Can I make special requests?
If you have a special request such as a higher quantity than we have in stock, please contact us. Just click on “Request”. This field is located above the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. We will then contact you.
When will sold-out jewelry be available again?
If you are interested in a product that is currently not available, you have the option to be notified by email as soon as it is back in stock. Just click on “Request”. This field is located above the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.
My package didn't arrive, now what?
